Supervision

Supervision

Supervision is crucial to ensure high quality and effective delivery of support. Bridge Psychology services are able to offer Supervision support in a variety of ways that will meet your needs.
Individual / 1-1 supervision: this can be available for clinical, developmental (mentoring), management or leadership purposes.
Group: this can be provided to small or larger teams of clinical staff, teams, senior management teams, young people and services users.
The predominant approach that we offer is based on the Seven Eyed Model developed by Shohet and Hawkins.

Dr Peter Corr has previously received supervisor training through the University of Birmingham and has over 20 years experience of providing supervision to a range of supervision to individuals from varied disciplines (including managers), across varied settings and who are pre and post qualification, sometimes with extensive experience in their own roles or fields. He also has extensive experience of providing supervision to staff teams and clinical groups (qualified and unqualified).
